However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you receive your item.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Any wear or handling beyond trying on the garment may reduce the value of the item, for which you will be held liable.
This means the item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. It must also have any security or item tags intact.
Free from any and all damage, including but not limited to tears, snags, stains make-up, or other physical imperfections.
Completely free of any scents, including perfume, deodorant, smoke, or pet odors.
In its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
We maintain a strict quality control process for all returns. Upon receiving your returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected. If the garment shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g., signs of wear or scent damage), the return will be denied.
Denied Returns:
In the event that your return is denied due to not meeting the above conditions, you will be notified via email. The item will be shipped back to the original shipping address at your own expense. A tracking number for the return shipment will be provided to you.
How to Initiate a Return:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, such as an e-mail. Please send an email to returns@raginwool.eu with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number.
After you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us.
Refunds:
If your returned item is approved, we will process your refund without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
